DNS Check expanded to include more DNS related issues
MyNCSC is expanding the scope of DNS Check to cover more DNS related issues, such as Nameserver and Zone Transfer issues.

New research: MyNCSC All User Survey 2025
Every year we send all users of MyNCSC a dedicated feedback survey.
The 2025 survey is now live. It should take about 15 minutes to complete.
This offers you the opportunity to give feedback on the site, suggest improvements and comment on changes and features released throughout the year.
You may also receive a direct link from GovNotify. Please note this link is served by our survey tool, Optimal Workshop, with an url ending 'myncsc_2025'.

New feature: Notification preferences for Web Check and Mail Check findings
MyNCSC now gives you more control over what email notifications it sends you with the introduction of notification preferences. Visit the Account settings page within MyNCSC to use the new notification preferences feature.
Notification preferences allows you to choose:
- Whether or not you receive MyNCSC notifications by email in addition to being able to view them in your account area.
- Which services within MyNCSC send you email notifications.
- What finding status will generate a notification to be sent by email.

New compliance requirements from email providers
These changes could cause disruption to your email delivery and the potential marking of your emails as spam if you are not compliant with the standards. Most of these are existing standards which we already recommend but Google and Yahoo are raising the bar; applying stricter filters to improve their spam and spoofed email prevention.
