Success criteria
As with all change, it’s important that we put in place ways in which we can gather feedback that we can use to both measure success and adapt our approach. This will enable us to continuously improve our Assurance processes.
Independent feedback
UKRI and NCSP-sponsored social science research is enabling us to explore, in-depth, the user journeys of a variety of stakeholders, from domestic end-users and vendors to CNI & government customers.
The outcomes we will be measuring are:
Capability
the delivery and maintenance of an authoritative portfolio of assurance principles.
Coverage
extending the breadth of customers and sectors that will be supported.
Enabling others
our influence on the efficacy of assurance activities at scale, through partners.
Equivalency
international relationships and agreements to support UK security and prosperity.
