This note defines the minimum requirements that developers must meet before CESG will evaluate supplied code.

This Developers Note is intended for those developing software systems that will require cryptographic assurance by CESG. It sets minimum requirements that developers must meet before CESG will evaluate supplied code, and makes some recommendations about idioms and patterns that may cause code to be rejected if not followed (though this is often scenario-specific).
