Tier 1 - Benefits

Available to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ie less than 250 employees).

For each Head Consultant:

  • NCSC sponsored SC clearance (subject to meeting vetting standards)
  • One invitation to the new-format IA Practitioners event
  • Access to priority NCSC support and quality management through a dedicated service management team
  • Membership of the Scheme on-line Community of Interest (currently being established)
  • One invitation to Master Class events covering future evolution of cyber security best practice
  • Privileged access to our policy and guidance, including advanced notice and briefing on new guidance being developed.

Notes:

  1. A company can determine how it uses the allocated benefits, although as a minimum NCSC expects the Head Consultant to hold an SC clearance.
  2. The Risk Assessment and Risk Management service offerings are subject to a single fee as long as they are both assessed through a single interview.
  3. Security clearances involve detailed checking of an individual’s status and suitability. NCSC is not able to provide guarantees that a nominated candidate will meet that standard, or estimate the length of time the clearance will take.
  4. All fees and benefits are annual and subject to change at date of renewal.

Tier 2 - Benefits

This is available to enterprises of all sizes.

Business service – to support the consultancy offering:

  • Eight NCSC sponsored SC clearances to cover the service offering’s team
  • Eight invitations to a new-format IA Practitioners event
  • Eight memberships of the Scheme on-line Community of Interest (CoI) (currently being established)
  • To support workforce development, access to development events run by NCSC for cleared staff.

Benefits for each Head Consultant for whom a fee has been paid:

  • NCSC sponsored SC clearance (subject to meeting the vetting standards)
  • One invitation to the new-format IA Practitioners event
  • Access to priority NCSC support and quality management through a dedicated service management team
  • Membership of the Scheme on-line Community of Interest (currently being established)
  • One invitation to Master Class events covering the future evolution of cyber security best practice
  • Privileged access to NCSC policy and guidance, including advanced notice and briefing on new guidance being developed.

Notes:

  2. A company requiring additional business services to support the service offering may apply for more than one Tier 2 package subject to the Authority’s approval.
  3. The Risk Assessment and Risk Management service offerings are subject to a single fee as long as they are both assessed through a single interview.
  4. Security clearances involve detailed checking of an individual’s status and suitability. The NCSC is not able to provide guarantees that a nominated candidate will be meet that standard, or estimate the length of time the clearance will take.
